FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I have a standard pricing system. I have a flat rate price from one to five rooms up to 300 square feet. I also have a flat rate for a whole house which is 6 rooms or more, hallway and stairs up to 3k square feet. There are additional cost for pretreatments, spot treatments, and pet treatments all depending on the amount and severity of the stains. Scotch guards and deodorants are mainly flat rate prices as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do when working with new customers is immediately try building relationship. With new customers I typically like to give discounted rates. This will give them a chance to see my work with little worry about cost. I want to make new customers as comfortable as possible with my services. Making the first experience great is a must!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When it comes to education and training I give credit to several sources. A good friend of mine had started a carpet cleaning service. There were a lot of things that he taught me about the business. Researching on Google, Youtube, and using platforms such as Truckmount Forums have really help me to succeed in this business. Also I can not forget about the wonder people of Cleansource who have really educated me on products and equipment. They are awesome!
