I run a small family operated detailed cleaning service that caters to your every need. We specialize in Deep Cleaning. We also have many other options to choose from. Standard Clean Deep Clean Move In / Out Clean Hourly Clean Rates Laundry Services The Standard Cleaning includes the following Discard trash and replace liners Remove Cobwebs Dust ceiling fans, light fixtures, blinds, window sills, moldings, woodwork, baseboards, & furniture Lightly polish furniture Clean outside of all appliances (inside of microwave) Clean mirrors, tubs, showers, sinks, countertops, & floors Stairs (vacuumed if carpet) Beds made or changed upon request The Deep Clean includes the following. Every Deep Clean includes the items listed in the Standard Cleaning plus Hand wash baseboards, doors, frames, sills Cabinet fronts cleaned Stairs (vacuumed if carpet) The Move In/Out Clean includes Inside of cabinets, drawers, & pantry wiped clean Clean inside of refrigerator (frig must be empty) Clean inside of freezer (freezer must be turned off prior to cleaning) Clean inside of oven (self clean must be started prior to cleaning to allow for proper cooling *Upcharge for excess buildup *Manual oven clean additional charge $20 *Interior windows $3 per window *The house must be empty of household items. We are able to work around items if necessary but we are not able to move items left in place. We prefer not to clean while other trades are working.
