This company responded very quickly and was able to slot in my last minute cleaning needs. They cleaned 2 hours more then the predicted time to clean our house. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the job. We will give you an estimate based on the size of your home and the amount of work needed.
Price can vary from standard maintenance cleaning to maintenance cleaning with some additional detailings like oven, fridge and inside cabinets.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally like to schedule a visit or getter information about the property by text message to discuss and better understand the needs of the costumers to be able to give an estimate. We offer deep cleanings and maintenance cleanings.
We advice starting with a deep cleaning so we can better maintain what was done on the deep cleaning.
If you feel that your house is ready for a maintenance cleaning we can skip the deep cleaning and get right at the bi-weekly (twice a month) cleanings.
