Your flat rate is a standard base rate for deep or standard cleaning, any project that is excessive in work hours due to these circumstances will have a extra for Regular Cleaning $35 and for Deep Cleaning, Move In/Out $40 per hour added to your base rate. ● Initial Visits for Recurring Services: We recommend getting a deep clean for your initial visit as this will provide a thorough cleaning of the entire house and help maintain it for recurring services (biweekly/monthly). ●Services we provide: Deep cleaning Standard cleaning Move In/Move out Cleaning, Organization, Carpet Shampooing. ☆☆ We do not offer laundry services ☆☆ We do not wash the dishes .
