- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I inform you of a price estimate, but the final value is closed after analyzing the place to be cleaned. I always try to negotiate a value that is good for both the client and me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a posture capable of transmitting tranquility and security, I try to listen to understand what the client needs for a cleaning in which he is satisfied.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I worked in some houses that at first were a real challenge, but everything was a matter of doing my best to create a healthy and happy environment. Believe me, it was not just the customers who were happy with the result, me too!
