Second to none! I could rave about Made Maid Cleaning Company forever. We will most certainly hire them again and recommend them to our network. When another cleaning pro cancelled on us the morning of scheduled service, Made Maid Cleaning Company saved the day. Not only did they fill our need the same day (a morning appointment at that), they delivered the best deep cleaning at our home in 20 years. Not an exaggeration. Nicole (booker) was responsive and professional. Allison (cleaner) was jovial and professional. This was first time ever having cleaning service. (I was a cleaner in college). Expectations of service were somewhat evasive. I recommend a DETAILED “Here is what you get” in writing. Perhaps ask what cleaners are using on surface and see if you can use your own. I do wish I had asked if they would use my wood cleaner. Fabuloso was used almost everywhere. I like it and it smells great, but not sure what was used on wood, which is my fault. I was juggling remote work calls. I booked a deep clean, but did not feel like I got that. Deep clean included blinds, baseboards, moldings, and more. New refurnished wood services were scratched, items dusted were disheveled. Some areas were left untouched, but were given attention after asking. Wall marks every where mopping was done from the mop handle banging into the wall. Was my house clean? Yes. The attention to detail for a deep clean needs to be amplified. I recommend slowing down to be more thorough and thoughtful. I would hire this group again, yet with understanding I do not want a hurried experience, plus I learned from it too. Working with Nicole and Allison was pleasant. I gave this job an average rating because the work was average. I hope to try them again with an exceptional experience.
