Jazmine and Maria just left, and they were fabulous! I reached out on Tuesday night for a very last-minute cleaning and they were able to accommodate me today at 1:30. They were prompt, courteous, and friendly, and did an amazing job on our townhouse! We will definitely be reaching out to them to put us on a "one every 3 week schedule"! I give an estimate price based on the information given. The price could go higher or lower when seeing the home at the time of visit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask them what specifically do they want or expect in a cleaning. I do my best to meet the needs of the customer.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many types of customers. Everybody is different so there is some that maybe won’t want as often the cleanings and there’s those that do. For example, people who want monthly and then people who want weekly or every 2 weeks. Customers just vary in every type of way.
