- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide first time customer and recurring customer discounts. We aim to be the premier provider in Charlotte.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short intake conversation and then schedule you for residential jobs. For commercial, a supervisor walkthrough (in‑person or virtual) will occur to document scope, priorities, and access protocols. Next we perform our first clean and run the first weekly service with the supervisor present; after that we operate on a fixed schedule with a single crew.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team completes hands‑on training on SOPs for laundry, delicate fabrics, specialty surfaces, and safe chemical use; every cleaner is background‑checked and insured. Supervisors receive additional training in client communication, quality standards, and escalation management to ensure consistent, high‑touch service for large homes.
