We do not charge by the hour — you know your price upfront before anyone walks through your door. Recurring clients (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) receive preferred pricing as a thank-you for their loyalty. There are no hidden fees. If your home requires significantly more time than expected on the first visit, we'll communicate that before proceeding.

Our cleaning professionals are trained on Pristine & Proper's internal standards before they ever enter a client's home. We are fully insured, and every team member goes through a vetting process before joining our roster.
