- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial phone consultation - $0 1 hour in-person consultation - $125 We begin with a free phone consultation to answer initial questions and get to know the client’s needs. We charge $125 for an hour-long initial consultation visit; if clients choose to hire us for their design project, the fee is subtracted from the overall design fee. During the initial consultation we discuss project specifics, offer professional ideas & opinions and share resources. We then start design your space - one that feels authentic to you and your family based on your needs and unique style. After design approval and product ordering, we’ll schedule your install day and put all the new pieces into place!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are all full-service firm and can handle all aspects of a project - space planning, color consultation and selection, floor coverings, pillows, rugs, and fabric selections, window treatments and blinds, lighting and other finishes selection, furniture, artwork, décor, and accessories. You pay directly for the products we select, no markups or additional fees apply. We receive exclusive discounts from several local and national stores, meaning our clients are always guaranteed the best price without compromising style and quality. We also offer full-service renovation & remodel design services. We partner with a small, select group of contractors that we know personally and have worked with on many projects. We trust that they are honest and their work is impeccable. Although we coordinate this work, clients pay these contractors directly.
