What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer help picking up material for those customers that doesn’t have time or they have any condition and aren’t available to pick it up. Also I offer my discounts with Home Depot paint and also Benjamin Moore that in my opinion is probably the best paint right now.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the key. I like to explain everything step by step and also the progress at the end of the day.
