Ricardo is such a great contractor to work with! We wanted to open up some walls in our living room to get that open layout feel, and the project involved a bit of structural work to make sure everything stayed solid. He handled it all so smoothly, and the project turned out amazing.
What we loved most was how well Ricardo communicated. He always kept us in the loop about what was happening next, so we never felt out of the process. His crew was awesome too—super hardworking, respectful, and really knew what they were doing.
Everything was done on time, the work was top-notch, and the whole experience was easy and stress-free. We’d definitely recommend Ricardo and his team to anyone thinking about a renovation!

Ricardo and his team did a fantastic job. The project was to put framing, dry wall, flooring to unfinished basement rooms. He went though all his design ideas that fulfilled my needs. He was very transparent on the pricing. Unlike some contractors who only gives you an estimated number, Ricardo lists all the materials (brands, amounts, etc.) so that you know where your money goes. His team is motivated. They came on time everyday according to my schedule, and work efficiently. Throughout the project, I made several adjustments and his team can always adapt to them. I could not be happier.

I will use Riavv Construction over and over again!!! Very reliable, respectful and reasonable. I bought a she shed and Riavv Construction did may drywall and flooring and I'm not only satisfied, I'm ecstatic. They even offered to paint it for me, but I want to do that myself. They make sure you know when they're there and when they're leaving. Hiring this company is the best choice you'll make for construction work.

Ricardo and his team did a great job on my project! He was extremely responsive and easy to work with. There were some hiccups and changes that needed to be made as they worked and they handled everything well. They always made sure I was happy with the progress. My project included some framing, drywall, painting, shiplap installation and installing a barn door. I would hire Riavv construction again when I come up with another project :)

Ricardo and Kelly were great at communicating the costs, supplies, and timeframe of project. I hired them to remove a set of French doors, close off the wall and create a new doorway in the hallway. They also removed crown molding in my living room. They completed the job on schedule and their work was high quality. I’m very impressed with their professionalism and overall work. Definitely recommend and looking forward to working with Riav Construction again for other home projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do free estimates on site. Pricing will depend on sq ft, and material quality you would like, but if there is anything that you would like to add to the project we can discuss.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever I start work with a new customer I like to get to know them and build a relationship with them. I pride myself on listening to the customer to fully understand their needs. By walking step by step through the process, we can lay out a plan that will make their vision come true.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in commercial construction, framing, painting, power washing, cleaning, and customer service with my family for 10 years.
