- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will try to get an overview of a project before a meeting so we can be somewhat prepared. We then have a meeting to see what wants & needs are and the scope of work. We then will proceed to a design phase whether in house or not & then after another meeting we can come up with a proposal for project
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we try to stay up on new trends, materials & procedures. As new products & methods are constantly on the market, we evaluate & see if we can improve service by implementing above.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father & brother were always doing projects and I guess I got hooked. I went to school for engineering/design and put into practice before ever finishing
