Ok, so just hire anyone else! I don't know how they've gotten 5 stars on here unless they are getting people they know to review them online. This has been the single biggest headache of my home buying experience so far. The job was supposed to be complete the week of Thanksgiving, it is now January 16th and the job is still not complete. The guys they send out do the absolute least they can get away with or think you won't notice, and move on to the next job. They forgot to paint my chimney, behind the shutters, random siding left undone, & random blank spots near the bottom around the house to name just several issues. Have any fixtures on the outside of your home? Cable boxes, plug-ins, wiring, etc? Forget about it being one color anymore, they'll randomly decide which one to paint over and only paint half of it(leaving your house behind them unpainted). Expect to get the same invoice you were quoted at the beginning? Forget about that too. You'll deal with the headache of a sloppy, incomplete job, and then expected to pay MORE for it. I am now currently on email 37! of the chain with George, my contact with the company, on a job that I was told would be complete in 3-5 days. Definitely will be contacting management directly tomorrow, as I should have done this a month ago. Jeez this has been a headache..
