I give high marks to Villa's. We had a total renovation in the front and back including re running irrigation. Very responsive .. invested the time to give a complete and transparent quote .. was flexible as I added or removed things and in the end showed up when he said .. delivered what he promised and promptly resolved the inevitable minor issues after the fact. Top marks. It turned out great.
