My pricing is based on the scope of the work, the materials needed, if the materials are provided or not, not including tools and the time required to complete the job. I provide clear estimates upfront, and if anything changes before or during the project, I’ll communicate that with you before proceeding.

From there, I provide a clear estimate, confirm the schedule, and make sure expectations are set before any work begins. During the job, I keep communication open and focus on completing the work efficiently and professionally.
