- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we base our pricing off of the going professional rates in the Charlotte, NC area. We ask the customer about the details of their home including sq ft, bedrooms, and bathrooms to arrive at their specific pricing. We offer customers to pay either with a check at the time of the cleaning or with credit/debit card.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with a first-time customer is providing an initial quote through Thumbtack. The customer can call or email us if they need more information or we can simply communicate and schedule their cleaning right through Thumbtack. If the customers accepts the quote, we ask the customer if they have a preferred cleaning day and time them we put them on our schedule. Customers can always either be home during the cleaning or they can leave a key that we will return in their designated place or we will hold onto so the customer doesn't have to be home during the cleaning or doesn't have to leave the key outside the day off the cleaning. We send the customer a email with all of the details regarding their cleaning. We show up on the schedule day and time of the cleaning and meet and greet with the customer or if they are not home we get right to work! After the cleaning has been performed we will follow up with the customer to make sure they were satisfied with the cleaning and talk about setting up recurring service if interested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the owner and perform all of the cleanings here at All Clean Home. I have been cleaning professionally for All Clean Home for the past 8 years. My education and training has been cleaning for hundreds of customers and performing thousands of cleanings over 8 years that All Clean Home has been in business.
