Ithalo was responsive, professional, and highly detailed! My car was a mess — kids + food in strange places — but he took his time and got it all out. It looks great! I knew it was messier than he anticipated, so I wasn't surprised it took longer, but what did surprise me was his attitude. Ithalo did an incredible job detailing our 2012 Toyota Sienna. I don’t even think it left the showroom in such good condition!
