Due to an unexpected change in our wedding photography arrangements, I did unfortunately have to cancel his services. Rather than making an already stressful situation more difficult, he responded with nothing but grace, compassion, and understanding. He graciously honored my request for refund, which speaks volumes to his integrity and character. Planning a wedding comes with plenty of unexpected changes, and encountering someone who prioritizes kindness and customer satisfaction over simply making a profit is truly refreshing. Although, we ultimately did not have the opportunity to work together, the professionalism and genuine care demonstrated, will leave a lasting impression.
