friendly guys (Cameron and Deshawn), didn't break anything, showed up right on time. moved our piano without dinging any walls or scratching the wood floors their truck did break down so delivery was very delayed, but they kept us updated and gave us a discount for the inconvenience

I used Hornet Moving to move a piano from one house to the other. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the 4 hour time frame they give you. I work full time and asked if we could do something in the afternoon. They said they could shoot for around 4pm. Then I received a call at 1:00 pm saying they would be there in 30 minutes. Thankfully I was able to make it worth. This just may not be avoidable in the moving world. Overall the movers were very friendly and helpful.

The two gentlemen who moved me were polite, courteous, professional, and efficient. Everything was moved with care, and they didn't waste any time, so my bill was less than I had anticipated. I was concerned, because Hornet was the cheapest bid, but I had nothing to worry about. Two BIG thumbs up for Hornet Moving! Great job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
26 Foot Moving Truck + 2 Clean-Cut Movers = $180/HR (with a 2-hour minimum Monday-Thursday) and (a 3-hour minimum Friday-Sunday) **Add an additional mover = $50/HR **Add an additional truck = $70/hr **We start/stop the clock at your home and charge by the minute - no rounding up! There is also a $30 travel fee(per truck) within the city limits of Charlotte. Any location without a Charlotte zipcode or 21 miles or further from our office incurs $1.50 per mile per truck.
