They were excellent. Very responsive to communicating via app, text and phone. Did the job the very next day after I called. Moved an upright piano with no problems, included 4 stairs. Polite, kind and professional. I had another company that offered to do it for less, but I went with them because of their responsiveness and quick availability. The gentleman I spoke with brought a partner who was equally polite.
