- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair and competitive. We have no hidden fees or stair charges. We believe in being upfront with ALL pricing before the move, not at the end of the move.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer will call in and have a phone or in person survey. For local moves we will give an hourly rate and for moves going more than 35 miles we will provide a flat rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry for over 10 years. While this position is much more laid back for me, I am used to managing over 300 jobs a month compared to the small amount we do here.
