Don't let the hourly rate fool you, the total estimate ended up being significantly less than another company that appeared to have a lower hourly rate but more fees. As for the job, they got me booked on short notice and even accommodated a schedule change with no issues. The crew they sent out was professional and moved quickly getting me finished in good time, well under the original quote. A little information about my job for background. I wasn't looking for a comprehensive pack and unpack. My main concern was large items and furniture as my wife is pregnant and couldn't help lift large or heavy things. We moved a lot of the small boxes either before or after the main move was completed and set the furniture back up ourselves. They did help with tear down of the furniture and even accommodated my very large (52"), heavy toolbox when the other moving company didn't want to touch it. I was very happy with the service received!

I will definitely be using this company again. They arrived on time, and called me about 10min before to let me know. They had everything ready, including many moving materials and tools to help me with last minute items like disassembling my bed. They worked quickly, were friendly, and not a single piece of furniture was nicked. Everything was padded and strapped down on the truck during the drive to the new place too. These movers were professional and efficient - couldn't ask for anything more.

Great response time for a quote. The movers were such nice guys, arrived on time and took great care of my furniture. Everything went as planned and the price was very affordable. I’d use them again in a second.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
26 Foot Moving Truck + 2 Clean-Cut Movers = $180/HR (with a 2-hour minimum Monday-Thursday) and (a 3-hour minimum Friday-Sunday) **Add an additional mover = $50/HR **Add an additional truck = $70/hr **We start/stop the clock at your home and charge by the minute - no rounding up! There is also a $30 travel fee(per truck) within the city limits of Charlotte. Any location without a Charlotte zipcode or 21 miles or further from our office incurs $1.50 per mile per truck.
