This was my first time hiring a mover and I never saw hard working young men like Oshane and Davarius before. These young men didn't even stop for a break until they were completely finished. I will definitely be hiring you guys on my next move!

This was supposed to be a 2 move process, due to me needing to turn in my key before signing my lease, that would have required my things to be put into a storage and then moved into my new home. The first move was estimated sand quoted for 6 hours and ended taking 19 hours and costing nearly 3 times original qoute. I have several damaged pieces, the packing of my storage is horrible, I spent over $1,000 and my things are still in storage. What should have been a simple move that would have had me moved into my home with my furniture by today so that I can get my daughter ready to leave for college Sunday has turned into me feeling raped and like I am living in a nightmare. I sent the owner a text and called this morning (8/5/16) and I'm truly hoping that they will make this right so that I can become a satisfied customer. I love supporting small businesses because I believe every business has to start somewhere but I never want to regret my decision. I am less concerned about what went wrong but how Move and Go will make this right for a customer, that cancelled her move with the company she used the last two moves, that truly wanted to support and believe in them. I'm sure this was just that "move that went totally wrong" so I'm hoping that they will fix it so that I'm able to truly give a honest review that says it went wrong but they went over and beyond to fix it because that is what makes a great company.
