These guys were great! My furniture delivery date and time kept changing and Javin was always responsive and accommodating for it! Two guys showed up on time and were very friendly and handled the antique furniture with great care. Thank you!!

It was pouring rain and they moved my furniture without getting it soak and wet. Every piece was shrink wrapped and handled with care.

Everything went well as planned and the movers are very punctual, in fact they are 30 minutes early as to the time agreed which 9:30 am, they are already there at 9:00. The 3 movers are very courteous and really make sure furnitures are transported safely and we noticed how extra careful they were in moving our items. They placed also the items where we want them to be. I highly recommended using Residential Moving Services. Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value, Punctuality are there.. These fellas we're great! They flexed their schedule to accommodate my same day, sudden request. Funny thing happened though, as they were moving our sofa they lifted it too high and broke a light fixture...DOH! These fellas were professionals! Not to mention they were pretty cool to hang out with. They finished the moving job and travelled to the local home improvement store, purchased the broken globe and made good on the job they quoted. Honest, hard workers. I will be calling them when my new bedroom furniture arrives. Keep up the exceptional customer service fellas!
