- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My standard pricing is providing my services, at an affordable and fair price. Notarization are mandated by law to only be $5 per notarized signature. I strictly adhere to that, and any additional fee is for administrative costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My typical process, first and foremost, is to find out what my customer is in need of. That way I can to assure that I can provide the services needed, and not waste any of their time if I cannot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I currently am a North Carolina Certified Paralegal (NCCP), hold an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Technologies, Notary/E-Notary Certified in North Carolina, a Certified Signing Agent (aka Mobile Notary), and have over five years of Paralegal experience in this field.
