- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do a top-down, bottom-up estimation. We measure everything and run it through our activity-based cost system and we then do a high-level "How long should that really take?" estimate. We use both numbers to come to a price that we can deliver on without risking losing money and more importantly a price that delivers great value for money to our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely. Our employees are members of the PDCA - Painting and Decorating Contractors of America. We attend seminars regularly to learn about new products and techniques.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently transformed plain garage doors with a beautiful faux wood finish that looks fantastic (if we may say so)
