We enjoyed our anniversary so much, Thanks given to Queen City Party Charters. Celebrating our 30th wedding Anniversary! I was impressed with the beautiful Bentley. Our Driver was so perfect, professional and definitely dressed for the occasion. We were taken to Brunch at the same, remodeled place were we had our honeymoon 30 years ago. The Driver, Matthew spent his time with us allowing us to reminisce. Pictures were taken whenever we wanted. Matthew had cold bottled water available for us upon our request. So thoughtful of him, we couldn't have had a better day. We felt like newlyweds all over again. I would recommend Queen City Party Charters for all your Transportation needs. The best is always the way to go, memories can't be replaced.

WOW I cannot say enough good things about Alex and his team at Queen City Party Charters. Everyone knows how stressful wedding planning can be. So when your after-party location falls through 3 days before your wedding.... you need help... and FAST!!! I reached out to Alex and told him my story. Not only was he extremely professional, he also knew how to handle a bride who was days away from walking down the isle :)He worked it all out for us and made sure he had not one, but two, party buses available for us to get our wedding guest downtown for some after hours fun! I will forever be thankful for their efforts in turning what was once a tragedy into the most amazing evening for all! Our friends still talk about it to this day.If you want an amazing company with exceptional service, look no further!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You get what you pay for. Every event is different so pricing is going to vary. We do our best to cater to your specific needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you decide we are the company you would like to work with one of our representatives will work with you to build a customized itinerary for your event. There is a 20% deposit to hold any vehicle.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have 17 years of experience in the transportation industry. Within those 17 years I learned every aspect of the company from cleaning to putting together 25 vehicle wedding packages.
