Yes per head or hourly depending on the service needed
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Will consult with the client to get an idea of what the needs are & make suggestions where needed in order to work with a set budget. Prepare a final Menu, get clients approval & send out an Invoice. Tastings are available by clients request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Culinary and Food Service Management Degree's from Johnson & Wales University and we also Serv Safe Certified and we always throw in our own flavors & shop local.
