What a delight! Erasmo is an excellent Chef, we have had the privilege of having him cook for us on several occasions. Every meal was simply perfection, every detail was done with precision and our food tasted amazing. He is a true professional and he makes you feel like you are back in his hometown of Sicily enjoying a glorious meal and drinking the finest Italian wine to pair along with it.
