- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a cook book fanatic... I love reading novels but there's nothing like opening a good cook book and reading it cover to cover. I also subscribe to a number of food blogs to stay up to date on what others in the industry are doing and to keep my own creative juices flowing. I also read some trade publications like CaterSource Magazine, as well as BizBash and frequently get together with other chef friends to brainstorm, swap recipes and ideas and check out local restaurants and hip food spots.
