FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Tribe Built Roofing, we believe in honesty, transparency, and value. Every project is priced based on materials, roof size, and labor—no hidden fees or surprise charges. We offer free roof inspections and insurance claim support, helping homeowners get the most out of their coverage when storm damage is involved. For retail, out-of-pocket projects, we provide competitive local pricing that reflects current labor and material costs. You’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for and can trust that your investment is backed by quality workmanship and long-term value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start every project with a free roof inspection and consultation to assess the condition of your roof and discuss your needs. From there, we provide a detailed report and photos outlining any damage, recommendations, and next steps. If an insurance claim is involved, our team helps guide you through the entire process — from meeting with the adjuster to ensuring all damage is properly documented and approved. For retail projects, we provide a clear written estimate based on current local labor and material costs. Once approved, we schedule your project, keep you informed every step of the way, and complete the job with quality craftsmanship and a thorough cleanup — leaving your home better than we found it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings over 16 years of experience in the roofing industry. Tribe Built Roofing is FORTIFIED certified through the IBHS program and GAF Certified Plus contractors, meeting strict standards for installation quality, safety, and ongoing training. We stay current with local building codes, manufacturer updates, and continuing education, ensuring every roof we install is built to last and backed by trusted credentials.
