Introduction: Located in Myers Park for almost 15 years. We offer one-on-one and small group training for weight management, sports performance and rehabilitation. We work with men and women from ages 12 up to 75! We have qualified trainers that will take you to your goal in an effective, safe and fun way. We also offer customized meal plans and metabolic testing through Total Nutrition Technology at our office. Come on in, and check us out.

Kim Norton is someone who really cares about her clients and wants them to succeed in meeting their fitness goals. Like many busy people, I let my weight slowly creep up. I knew I should exercise, but I just couldn’t find the time or get motivated. I wanted to loose some weight, and take my fitness to a level I have never been able to attain through my own workouts or with other trainers. Kim helped me kick-start my new lifestyle. Kim pushes me every workout. Her workouts are challenging and tailored to my increased fitness levels. Even though I have been with Kim for several months, she still challenges me to go further and do more each time and I continue to get stronger and see results. I feel better and have more energy. The great thing about Kim is, regardless of your fitness level, size, or motivation she will help you reach your goals. I strongly encourage anyone looking to improve their health to give working out with Kim a try!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Standard rate for a 60 minute session is $80 3 x week program (12 sessions per month) $840.00 (save $210.00) 2 x week program ( 8 sessions per month) $560.00 (save $120.00) 1x week program (4 sessions per month) $300.00 Group sessions (2 people) 3 x week program (12 sessions per month) $600.00 2 x week program ( 8 sessions per month) $400.00

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First appointment is for paperwork, body composition measurements and thorough assessment. We assess the client's needs and figure out a schedule for either individual and/or group sessions and start working toward their goals!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Kim has her Associates in PT, Bachelors in Athletic Training and Masters in Exercise Physiology and is a Certified Nutrition Specialist with the AASDN, with 16 years of experience. She has also competed at the Mid-Atlantic Crossfit Regionals for 3 years. They have other awesome trainers available as well, with varying degrees, backgrounds and years of experience if she isn't available to meet your schedule.
