Erik is super professional, on time, quick to respond. He will give you his thought process on fitness and wellness, but ultimately allows you to do what you feel comfortable with. Erik is also just a really nice guy and is cheerful and alert when we meet, pushes me enough without being too harsh; and gives just the right of enthusiasm to keep me moving. I also likes that he is organized and has a general idea of what we are going to do before we start (he keeps up with my progress in a little book too.) 100% the most attention to detail that I have seen with a personal trainer with regards to form and even takes the time to stretch you out and warm up cool down with appropriate cardio without feeling like the majority of the work out was cardio. He respects my time and money and ensures we utilize the full hour we are with which I can appreciate! You will find trainers who offer lots and deliver little.. but Erik is the real deal :) I'm very happy with his training and can even see us becoming friends outside the gym which is always a plus! I hesitate to rave too much about him because I don't want to share him with too many people 0:) but he certainly deserves the business & success!Jul 18, 2018Verified
I started with Erik almost three months ago and have seen amazing results. He has motivated me to not only workout, but to be healthy in all aspects of my life. Whether it be workouts or nutrition, Erik really knows his stuff and is able to apply it on a personal level. We don't just workout, we have fun doing it. I am currently benching and squatting more than I ever did in high school, where I was working out five or more times a week. The experience has been extremely worthwhile and I would recommend Erik to anyone looking for a trainer!Dec 6, 2016
I heard about Erik's Fitness from a friend of mine so I decided to try it out. At first, I didn't know what my level of commitment would be, but after the first few sessions, I began feeling so fantastic afterwards that I knew I was hooked. I never thought about personal training, thinking that I could do it all myself, but Erik showed me that there is so much more to a work out than anything an internet routine can provide. Not only do I see the results I was hoping for, but I can feel that my body is more balanced and working at a higher capacity than it did before. Erik's knowledge of fitness, and his enthusiasm to see you succeed inspires you to work your hardest and keeps you looking and feeling great. After several conversations with trainers, Erik was exactly what I was looking for - someone knowledgeable willing to provide the right tools for me to be successful. He created a plan specific for me that helps to meet my goals. The best part? Constant accountability. Learning to create a habit is hard, especially when you’re out of practice. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We are a newer fitness facility, having only been open 1 year at this point, so we still can accommodate to ANY payment plan you need! Nothing is set in stone. Typically, the larger the package the larger the discount! Options include: 1-on-1 Personal Training for 45 minute sessions @ $50-65/session Group Classes @ $12-20/session
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?All new customers are invited to try out a Free Introductory 1-on-1 Personal Training Session or a Free Group Class. We understand that it can be somewhat intimidating approaching a new fitness facility so we try our best to make the atmosphere as comfortable, inviting and fun as we possibly can. This is why we always do a sit down with new clients to chit-chat about goals, past experiences and the focus moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a variety of different certifications and love to show off the letters after my name, but at the end of the day it is experience and great mentorship that matters the most! My certifications include...
