Darla is very knowledgeable , hard working and have a positive and radiant personality.She's been training me for the last 3 months helping me to get stronger after my surgery, and deeply cares not only about my physical strength but about my nutrition and overall well being.It's hard to find someone who not only trains you but also teaches you how to get your healthy and happy life back. Darla is a professional! She keeps sessions interesting with something new each time and follows up with exercise or diet info as well as encouragement. I am experiencing compliments on results from working with her and look forward to my sessions. She listens and watches closely, tailoring my workout to my needs and skill level.
