FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Further details regarding pricing can be provided upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quality one-on-one training requires comfortable, open lines of communication from trainer to client. In our first consultation, I'll get an idea of your background with health and fitness and your current goals, as well as a sense of who you are and what motivates you. In person, we will begin with some diagnostic screenings based on things we've talked about in order to develop a list of needs. This list will guide our plan of attack for fitness programming, and will be directly responsive to your feedback and progress!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a WITS Certified Personal Trainer. Their six-week curriculum, which was a twofold lecture and practical series, provided a structured overview of topics related to health, fitness, strength, conditioning, recovery, and nutrition for both general and special populations. I was required to pass a written test and a practical exam, which consisted of a simulated client-trainer session, in order to receive certification.
