I was looking for an in home yoga session for a bachelorette trip in Charlotte and Send Me A Trainer was so helpful!! I had the session scheduled within 2-3 days of the event! We had Alexis as our yoga instructor and she was amazing! She was super personable, she accommodated to our groups skill level, and corrected our form throughout the class. I would 100% recommend this and Alexis to anyone looking for a private yoga session!!

Being new to city of Charlotte, Send Me A Trainer, has been the easiest transition I’ve accomplished this far. Jennifer was responsive, attentive and helped me and my husband find the best trainers for our individual needs and goals. I also love that they come to us, while helping maximize the facilities of our apartment complex! Our trainers are exceptional. They’re understanding our needs and goals AND I’m already getting results due to the guidance and support of my trainer Rachel. If you want to feel better in your body, especially in midlife, don’t hesitate to give them a call!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing based on the package length selected. The longer the commitment the lower the rate. 8 session Fitness Pass trial package, $70 per session for 1 hour in person sessions. Trainer comes to you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Download our Send Me A Trainer app, select Uptown Charlotte, select a package, preview our trainers and click to send a broadcast to our local trainers. It's that easy. If you prefer, you can call us directly or we can call you to discuss options. Download our app on Google Play or Apple App Store.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hire local professional trainers and instructors, run background checks on all of them, we personally verify all of their certifications and insurance policies. You are able to see all their certifications and expertise in their profiles on the app.
