Introduction: Hi everyone! My name is Jenni. I am available virtually, and in person for students in Charlotte, NC. I started teaching piano at the young age of 13. I love music, and sharing that love with others is such a gift for me. Over the last 20 years I have taught students from beginner to the advanced level, working with students as young as 4 to 45. My goal as a teacher is to find a students passion and what drives and motivates them to play and grow as a musician. I teach music theory, how to read music, and how to follow chord charts for those wanting to learn more by ear. Please reach out with any questions!

I’ve been taking lessons with Jenni for a little over a month now and it’s honestly become the best part of my week. I was a little intimidated to start taking lessons as an adult, but she’s made it SO much fun. She’s so encouraging and really helping me understand the music theory aspects that I haven’t seen before. I thought I would have a lot more trouble in the beginning but we’re making progress way faster than I expected. Could not recommend more!
