Had a problem with a slow drain in my bathroom sink. After two days of dealing with another plumbing service company without any success. I called Mr Rooter, who sloved the slow drain problem on the first day, along with the water running in the toilet. Very knowledgeable plumbers and I learned a lot. Thank you Mr. Rooter.

We needed a natural gas line connection for our new natural gas backup generator. Darrell did a fine job installing the connection point with shut-off valve and it was done very professionally. We had a bit of a challenge trying to get the generator to start, so we tested it with regular gas (tri-fule generator) and it fired right up. So Darrell got to looking inside and we found the NG line was never connected. Darrell got it connected and we switched back to NG on the generator and it fired right up. Cheers to Darrell for doing some searches on my generator model and this came up as a possible cause for not working. I would have never thought of that !! I would re-hire Mr Rooter again for any plumbing work, water or gas lines.
