We used Thumbtack to look for power washing services for our home. We live in Mint Hill, NC. Mark returned emails and phone calls immediately, and we got a first impression that he would be reliable. He arrived on time and was very professional. He listened carefully to our concerns about the service we were having done, and respected our requests. He was informative when we asked questions. The quality of his work was excellent, and he was a pleasure to do business with. We would recommend him to friends and family and will use him when we need our house power washed next year.

Mark and I emailed back forth numerous times as i wanted to be sure his product would be safe for kids and pets. He replied right away, was very thorough with his responses and scheduled the cleaning when I asked. His work was great and my home looks like new! Thanks Mark!
