- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the area, surface type, level of buildup, and access. We provide clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. We also offer bundle discounts when combining multiple services (for example, house wash + driveway + sidewalks), as well as discounts for recurring maintenance, HOAs, property managers, and multi-property customers. Free estimates are always provided, and we never surprise customers with add-on charges without approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone call, text, or online request to understand the scope of work. In many cases, we can provide a fast quote using photos or Google Maps. For larger or commercial projects, we schedule an on-site walkthrough. Once pricing is approved, we schedule at the customer’s convenience, send confirmation, and complete the job professionally and efficiently. After completion, we do a final walkthrough (in person or via photos) to ensure everything meets expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional pressure washing and soft washing techniques to safely clean different surfaces including concrete, siding, roofs, pavers, and delicate exterior materials. We use commercial-grade equipment and follow industry best practices to prevent surface damage while delivering high-quality results. We stay up to date on proper chemical usage, environmental practices, and safety standards.
