FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to use the most effective fan for each project so you get your radon levels down without losing too much conditioned air. Our fans pull around 160 cubic feet a minute and cost around $55 a year in electricy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to hear about what's going on? Are you buying or selling? Have you gotten a test showing high radon? Is it a slab home, basement or crawl space? These help us determine the best options for you. We also like to do a free on-site estimate so we can show you options for fan placement to get the best results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years experience doing radon mitigation for ALL the local builders in both North and South Carolina including the entire Hawkscreek Subdivision for example, is all Russell's work. Russell has an environmental engineering degree from UNCC. I also holds a CERTI radon certification. He's also done ground water remediation and ground water clean up, phase 1 and 2 reports as well as ground water well testing. Russell is the one all the other company's call when they run into a job needing his special skills. We are confident you too will understand why he is everyone's goto guy. Professional, humble, loyal, intelligent and quality are all comments he gets often. We hope you will feel this way too.
