- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My profesinal fees are very simple. I charge 6 percent of the sales price to the seller. 3 percent I give to the buyers agent. If I am a buyers agent I am compensated by the sellers agent. To fill a rental I charge one months rent.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
North Carolina requires us to take 8 hours of continuing education classes a year. They do not cover enough material, I stay on top of market trends, changing legislation, and am constantly taking classes to expand my knowledge.
