I work for Property Management Companies that look to rent fast! Most of the time people are looking online, the first thing they see is a picture, that will determine a showing! A showing can mean money! So I assure my clients and it has been proven again and again better photos will get you showings, what you do with your showings is your deal! ;)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always have them provide with a few links of other companies that have use their services to see how they really show out there in real life. You can always call Property Management to verify they have actually done their shooting and they are not just using other peoples work just to get the job.
