- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally work with the client based on their budget and project needs. Each client is different so it's really hard to give a generic price up front. However, I do offer payment plans with a up front 50% deposit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial conversation normally happens by phone. All questions and concerns will be answered. If needed the client or customer can come to the studio to hear the sound quality and see the facility once they decide that PowerOut studios and I are a great fit for them. Then we set up our first session or sessions together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I normally travel to conferences or workshops
