Alex of New Roof did an outstanding job! He is extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained his inspection results and repair recommendations that would maximize the life of my roof system. He arrived for work early, and completed all of the agreed to repairs in one day. Representative photos of the work he performed are provided below. They inclde images of before, during, and after repair of s couple of the areas repaired. He is very professional and I believe that his price quote was competitive. When my roof needs to be replaced, in hopefully 8 years, I will have New Roof do it. I highly recommend this company.

Depending on the season, or how busy the contractor is, the price may have some play to it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we provide a on site inspection. After the assessment, we provide the client with a repair quote on site, a full roof replacement quote or lastly a option to file for storm damages.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have working with Owen Corning on product training/installation. We are also actively in rolled into a roofing business school.
