Updated: Jesse(owner) of Owl called us back immediately to find out what the problem was and took steps to have it remediated asap. They went out of their way to take on our project and come fix the windows for us. Jesse and everybody else who came subsequently were very professional, courteous and prompt with their response and customer service. Our new windows were installed yesterday and the installers did an excellent job. We are very happy with the service provided and the quality of job done. They made things right. Updating my review from one star to 5. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Owl Remodeling for your projects.

There was poor communication at times, the timeframe of completion was held up. I feel that they could have cleaned up better because we are in process of showing house.
