- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is consistent and very competitive with the local markets. We have estimate sheets that have itemized pricing to make your experience with us easy and straight forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to set a new industry standard and be all the talk around town by providing outstanding customer service, next level craftsmanship, the professionalism you deserve, and of course very competitive pricing. Once we leave the free estimate it’s up to the homeowner to contact us. We will then come out to remeasure, establish and note all project details, sign agreements to confirm the project, and then we do the rest.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have gone through a multitude of specialized training with companies such as GAF, IKO, Atlas, Interstate Windows, Bath Planet, and many more. For many years we filled management roles for other major companies in the Charlotte Metro and Columbia areas.
