I had a minor roof emergency and Chris made the trip out on a Sunday to get us taken care of. He found the problem quickly and repaired it for us. Chris was very friendly and gave a thorough explanation of the situation and the resolution. Highly recommend!

Queen’s roofing came out for an inspection on a ceiling leak in my bathroom and were very professional, showing me all the issues and repairs needed. I decided to hire them for a full roofreplacement and I’m so glad I did. The service was awesome all around and I’m very happy with my new roof! I will definitely use them again for future projects.

We contacted Queen’s Roofing through Thumbtack. We had THE BEST experience. Chis promptly got us a quote. After speaking with him on the phone, I gained a comfort level with him. This property had been damaged in a storm and we do not live in the same town. The new roof was installed the next week. We’ve been to inspect and it looks great and site has been cleaned up. We couldn’t be more pleased with Queen’s roofing.

It’s been about a year since Queen’s replaced my roof and everything still looks and works as expected.
I was in a tight spot with my homeowners insurance asking me to replace my roof within 30 days or else they would void my policy.
Called Queen’s and within a couple of days Chris made the 6 hr round trip to provide an estimate.
I was feeling a bit uneasy about the process after speaking with another company the day before but felt more comfortable after speaking with him for a few minutes.
The estimate process was straightforward. All of the work to be done was documented and provided as a line item with subtotals to the total cost.
I was pretty much expecting my insurance to lapse at this point though but Chris came up huge again and was able to schedule my roofreplacement within the 30 days and got it done. He even came out to do the chimney flashing himself “to make sure it was done right”. The Queens team takes a lot of pride in their work and it is evident. Even during the clean up phase. Can not say enough about how positive the experience was from start to finish. Will definitely be calling back when our siding needs to be replaced. 100% recommend.

Our pricing is consistent and very competitive with the local markets. We have estimate sheets that have itemized pricing to make your experience with us easy and straight forward.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to set a new industry standard and be all the talk around town by providing outstanding customer service, next level craftsmanship, the professionalism you deserve, and of course very competitive pricing.
Once we leave the free estimate it’s up to the homeowner to contact us. We will then come out to remeasure, establish and note all project details, sign agreements to confirm the project, and then we do the rest.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have gone through a multitude of specialized training with companies such as GAF, IKO, Atlas, Interstate Windows, Bath Planet, and many more. For many years we filled management roles for other major companies in the Charlotte Metro and Columbia areas.
