From beginning to completion of project the entire team promptly responded to all communication via email or by phone. The project was not only explained but also sent in detail with the contract. We had a few windows installed by Valiant roofing I had got a few quotes and decided to go with them Craig was outstanding very honest great all around guy He was very knowledgeable and helpful Sara in the office always answered emails and questions. The installers were great friendly team and did a great job. Cleaned up well when they were finished I’d definitely recommend them for any services needed. I will use them in the future for sure. Thank you all again very happy with my new windows

My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the workmanship done by Valiant. Our neighbor even commented that it was like our house (grey cedar siding) had been removed and replaced with another house (tan and firebrick red siding). From the start, Craig was professional but not pushy. He took lots of time to help and answer questions throughout the process. While the work was expensive, it is quality and long-lasting with excellent guarantees. They did a great job, and did not cut corners. They have a great team that was very knowledgeable and respectful, and their craftsmanship is superb. Sara in the office helped answer other questions we had and helped coordinate.
The only reason I can’t give a 5-star review is because of fumbles in communication. There were a couple of times when we were told something and it didn’t happen when we were told it was and we couldn’t reach either Craig or Sara. Thankfully, Charles on Thumbtack was always responsive immediately!
Since our project was completed, we have recommended Valiant to many other friends and neighbors. They do a tremendous job of quality work. Expect amazing results if you hire them, just know that the timeline they give you will probably be pushed. And keep Charles’ contact in case you can’t reach them.

I hired valiant to replace the siding on my house. I liked that they listened to my concerns and customized several repair options with varying prices for me to choose from. I liked that the rep came over with several manufacturer samples of the different siding options and colors. They had a digital design tool with the measurements and visualization of my house which was also helpful in picking materials. I also chose this company because they specialize in several different types of home repairs and would be able to use them in the future. The employees that I dealt with were personable and professional and seemed genuine. I had an overall great experience. It did take several weeks for the supplies to be ordered/arrive and the crew to start work but that was the only small inconvenience. Would and will probably hire again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From step A to step Z, we here at Valiant Roofing, LLC have you covered.
We aim AND focus to ensure the success of your project from start to finish as we define your customer needs, and start building a cost-effective strategy from there.
The first step, is scheduling a free consultation/ estimate for your project.
We simply stop out at your convenience (it generally only takes about a half hour, depending on how many questions you may have) and take measurements, go over options/ samples etc.)
Next--As we have excellent relationships with our manufacturers, we are able to "crunch the numbers" the best we can on your behalf---and within 24-48 hours after our initial visit, will email you a well-written/ detailed "job proposal"/ estimate.
Lastly, we will follow up with you to go over any questions, and to discuss options abouts about moving forward (providing you don't contact us first).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have well over 2 decades in the construction industry handling customer needs in both the commercial and residential fields. Our installers are factory trained and certified. We handle all aspects in regard to your project, from obtaining permits, licenses, etc.
